The reactive printing process is pre-treatment, digital printing, steam fixation and after washing. Machine set up can be expensive. For bamboo, cotton, linen, viscosa, tencel and silks. The print is migrated into the fabric fibers. For softness, quality, rub test upholstery, washing and color brilliance. This is the best solution for quality fabrics.
REACTIVE AND ACID PRINTING
Transfer printing is done by printing on paper followed by a heat pressing of paper against polyester fabric. In direct printing the polyester is pre treated, digital printed and heat fixated, typical on a drum 20 seconds an after wash is needed.
